About the Role

A successful candidate will drive software development scrum teams, including analysis, design, programming and continuous improvement, ensuring delivery of innovative, high quality software solutions.

  • Partner and collaborate with multi-functional stakeholders to prioritize, plan and deliver first-rate experiences for customers.
  • Engage with Development, Product, QA, Automation, Research/UX, Agility, Doc-writing and Customer Support colleagues to identify, discuss, debate and ultimately solve customer issues in increasingly innovative ways.
  • Understand and promote industry-standard software design methodologies.
  • Coach and mentor team members to help them to be at their best, assisting with career growth and personal development.
