Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled UI & Graphic Designer to create captivating visual content that drives engagement and supports our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have an exceptional eye for aesthetics, a proven track record in creating impactful website designs, and expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Create and manage visual content such as ads, images, GIFs, videos, sales pages, brochures, packaging, and other marketing materials that align with our brand guidelines and drive customer engagement across social media and eCommerce platforms.
  • Owning the design and user experience of the eCommerce platform, ensuring it reflects our brand's aesthetic and meets our marketing objectives.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to understand target audiences, campaign goals, and messaging strategies, while conducting research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform and optimize design decisions.
  • Leading projects end-to-end, managing multiple deadlines and providing creative direction to junior designers or external vendors when needed, while contributing ideas during brainstorming sessions.
  • Continuously improving skills and workflows by staying updated on emerging design tools, technologies, and best practices, and delivering high-quality collateral quickly and efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, with strong proficiency in English to translate copy into design.
  • At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, backed by a portfolio showcasing social media ads and digital marketing assets.
  • Expertise in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant software.
  • A data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize designs to improve ad performance and CTR.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects, articulating concepts, and collaborating with teams in fast-paced environments.
