Lead the Conversation with Powerful Visuals

This role offers a unique opportunity to turn ideas into compelling visuals, working closely with our creative teams to develop innovative designs and marketing materials that stand out and deliver results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their visual storytelling abilities, with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).

Key responsibilities include developing innovative visual concepts, layouts, and artworks for various mediums, translating briefs into engaging visual narratives while maintaining brand consistency.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, delivering high-quality designs and illustrations, and ensuring attention to detail and quality across all deliverables.

In addition, they will mentor junior designers, sharing feedback and best practices, and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional creative standards.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in design/visualisation, preferably in an agency setup, and have a keen eye for detail and the ability to balance creativity with functionality.

The team player with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude will thrive in this role, which requires excellent teamwork, adaptability, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.

While motion graphics/basic animation skills, experience working on digital-first campaigns, and familiarity with AI-assisted design tools are desirable, the primary focus is on finding a talented designer who can make a meaningful contribution to our team's success.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in design/visualisation, preferably in an agency setup.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, social media design, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • The ability to take feedback positively and refine ideas quickly.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to balance creativity with functionality.
  • An excellent team player with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
