Software Development Leader

We are seeking a talented Software Development Leader to drive the design and implementation of complex software systems.

This role requires deep technical expertise in PHP, Python, and architectural patterns like MVC. You will shape our technical roadmap, mentor junior engineers, and deliver high-quality code.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Design & Architecture: Lead the architecture of scalable backend systems and microservices.
  • Full-Stack Development (Backend Focus): Develop robust backend solutions using PHP and Python.
  • Database Management: Design, optimize, and manage database schemas for SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, conduct thorough code reviews, and mentor engineers.
  • Code Quality & Best Practices: Champion clean code principles, test-driven development, and continuous integration/deployment practices.
  • Problem Solving & Debugging: Independently analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in software development, with a significant portion in backend development.
  • Proficiency in PHP, with extensive experience in designing applications adhering to the MVC architectural pattern.
  • Expert proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience and a strong understanding of Flask or FastAPI for building web services and APIs.
