Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to applicable standards.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and inter-company balances.
  • Comply with statutory requirements including Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and Companies Act.
  • Prepare and coordinate for statutory, tax, and internal audits.
  • Maintain proper documentation and audit trails.
  • Provide monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports to management, including Profit & Loss, cash flow, and variance analysis.
  • Manage vendor payments, invoice processing, and reconciliation.
  • Monitor receivables, credit terms, and follow up for collections.
  • Maintain aging reports and ensure working capital discipline.

For success in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and a strong background in these areas. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred.
