Job Description

As a Generative AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and Integrate LLMs: Fine-tune and integrate GPT, LLaMA, Claude, and other LLMs into our applications.
  • Prompt Engineering and RAG Pipelines: Implement prompt engineering techniques, embeddings, and Retrieval Augmented Generation pipelines to enhance model performance.
  • Agentic AI Applications: Build Agentic AI applications using Langgraph and similar technologies.
  • APIs and Integrations: Design and maintain APIs, microservices, and front-end/back-end integrations for GenAI applications.
  • Vector Databases: Work with Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, and Milvus to enable semantic search.
  • Cloud Deployment: Deploy solutions on cloud AI platforms, including Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and GCP Vertex AI.
  • Model Optimization: Optimize model performance, latency, and scalability for real-world usage.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists and solution architects to deliver Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and production-ready applications.
  • Responsible AI: Ensure AI solutions follow responsible AI, data privacy, and security guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Programming Skills: Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in APIs, microservices, Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
  • Azure Experience: Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and Apache Spark.
  • Vector Embeddings: Knowledge of vector embeddings and vector databases.
  • LangChain and Similar Frameworks: Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks.
  • Docker and Kubernetes: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps practices for deploying AI models.
  • Cloud-Based Services: Experience working with cloud-based AI services, including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Additional Skills: Good to have experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers.
