Job Overview

As a skilled Artificial Intelligence Engineer, you will be part of a team focused on developing cutting-edge AI products. Your role will be to design and build reliable, self-improving systems that empower subject matter experts to automate their most complex and high-value work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Innovative AI-Enabled Solutions: Utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) and other foundation models to create innovative products that leverage the capabilities of these technologies.
  • Optimize High-Performance Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation Systems: Build and optimize data indexing, ranking, and query processing systems for high-performance search and RAG.
  • Design Evaluation Frameworks: Create robust frameworks to evaluate the performance of our agents, RAG systems, and various LLMs, taking a polyglot approach to working with open-source models.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science, with strong proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • Strong background in AI agents, data systems, or machine learning engineering.
  • Experience with modern Python microservices using FastAPI, Ray.IO for distributed AI workloads, and Kubernetes orchestration.
  • Familiarity with AI Agent Stack, including LlamaIndex, LangGraph, SmolAgent, Instructor, Anthropic, OpenAI, Qdrant, ParadeDB, and Sentence-Transformers.
  • Demonstrated experience in building agents, training and evaluating emerging LLMs, building RAG systems, or working with vector databases.
  • Knowledge of core technologies, including Ray, Postgres, Iceberg, Google Cloud, and Docker/Kubernetes/Helm, is a plus.
