The essential requirements of the job include:

  • A good understanding of design for manual assembly and batch manufacturing as well as error proofing techniques.
  • A strong knowledge of major manufacturing processes such as welding, machining, forming, molding/casting and sealing mechanisms.
  • The ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in a relevant discipline.
