Senior Design Architect Position

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Design Architect to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of complex projects.

  • Lead architectural design teams in creating innovative and functional spaces that meet client needs and project objectives.
  • Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs and solutions that exceed client expectations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Education: B.Arch. Degree from a recognized university, registered with COA.

Technical Skills:

  • Master plan and layout preparation at plot plan level.
  • Core competency in architectural designs, including ability to work on schematic/statutory/working drawings and 2D/3D presentations.
  • Knowledge of statutory regulations, LEED certifications, hygiene, and sustainability-related design concepts.

  • Preparing site works tenders, specifications, and bills of material.
