Finance Process Specialist

At our organization, the finance team plays a critical role in providing financial guidance and advice to clients, enabling them to optimize their financial performance and make informed business decisions.
In this role, you will oversee financial processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include managing financial reporting, budgeting, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage invoice receipt and capture of invoices in Oracle EMFI.
- Perform initial validation and verification of the invoice including the 2/3-way match.
- Obtain approvals from Service Managers, as required.
- Follow up on discrepancies or exceptions, if necessary.
- Park and post both PO and non-PO invoices.
- Process bulk invoices.
- Track direct debits from bank statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts and share weekly open/missing items reports.
- Prepare AR invoices based on billing summaries and tickets assigned at the Billing Request System.
- Create cash receipts and post bank charges and Forex differences.
- Issue remittance advices to vendors.
- Resolve AP and AR queries.
- Manage accounting for major administrative expenses on projects.
- Reconcile AP subledger to GL.
- Reconcile credit card transactions for travel expenses.
- Create vendors with standard checks in Oracle EMFI.
- Reconcile vendor statements.
- Process inter-company AP invoices.
