Job Title:

Learning Solutions Architect

Job Overview

This role is responsible for designing, developing and implementing cutting-edge learning solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop comprehensive learning strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of learning solutions.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in instructional design principles, assessment methodologies and innovative technologies.

Client Management & Delivery:

  • Lead large-scale client engagements, managing project timelines, budgets and deliverables.
  • Manage project delivery teams, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and quality outcomes.
  • Oversee content development workflows, including production, LMS integration and quality assurance.

Business Development & Growth:

  • Partner with account teams to shape and execute account expansion strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.

Team Leadership & Capability Building:

  • Mentor, coach and develop consultants in consulting, instructional design and client management capabilities.
  • Build organizational capability in emerging learning technologies and digital-first instructional design.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Instructional Design or related field.
  • 10-12 years of experience in learning & development consulting, instructional design or enterprise education, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale client engagements and delivering enterprise-level learning solutions.
