Job Title: E-Commerce Operations Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and grow our presence across online grocery and instant delivery platforms. This role will be responsible for driving consumer demand, increasing visibility, and ensuring best-in-class brand execution on Q-Comm platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans for Q-Comm platforms aligned to brand and business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage seasonal, festive, and cultural moments to drive sales and visibility.
  • Build category-specific strategies to strengthen brand recall and share of basket.
  • Create and manage a comprehensive marketing plan that includes SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and affiliate programs.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, social media (Meta/Off app), and other relevant channels.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign performance, and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in handling e-com and q-com or 5+ years of working with q-com brands.
  • MBA from a Tier 1 institute.
  • Skilled in Google Ads, Meta, Amazon Ads, Power BI, MS Excel, and a data-driven marketer who understands both digital performance levers and brand storytelling.
