Lead Tech Hiring Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned HR Professional to spearhead our technology hiring efforts, utilizing their expertise in AI-driven recruitment to attract top talent for cash flow management. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on recruiting skilled software engineers and possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Leverage strategic hiring plans: Identify and source top tech talent through innovative recruitment methods.
  • Develop effective employee engagement initiatives: Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration and productivity.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders: Build partnerships with universities and industry leaders to secure top talent and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Oversee HR operations: Ensure seamless integration of recruitment processes, compliance, and employee development programs.
  • Maintain open lines of communication: Collaborate closely with leadership to align hiring strategies with business objectives and drive growth.
  • Negotiate and manage offers: Handle compensation discussions effectively, ensuring fair and competitive salaries.

Requirements

  • Pursuing an MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in mid-size tech companies and a focus on hiring software engineers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in creating engaging presentations and reports.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
  • Able to work independently and efficiently manage multiple hiring pipelines.
