Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill this role.

  • The ideal candidate will be the face of our organization at clients' sites, responsible for interacting with guests/tenants, maintaining strong public relations, and addressing their needs.
  • The individual will coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent customer experience and collect feedback/suggestions after every service request/complaint.
  • They will share feedback points with the team to improve services and maintain a hospitality outlook while always looking presentable.
  • The successful candidate will take ownership of requests or complaints and ensure they are handled effectively within the required timeframe.
  • Daily rounds of premises and reporting any lapses/observations to the relevant team will be an essential part of this role.
  • Conducting timely Customer Feedback Surveys and sharing reports with the client/management is crucial.
  • The person will respond to emergency situations (as per our policies) and contact the proper authorities when needed.
  • They will be familiar with lost and found procedures.
  • Nomination and attendance at training programs at site/office will be expected.
  • The candidate will address concerns through daily checking of mails for priority requests and receive calls and emails from clients.
  • Closure of complaints by proper communication to stakeholders will be ensured.
  • Assistance in activities like filing, checking, and maintaining inventory records, MMR, DMR, complaint trackers, dashboard, etc. will be provided.
  • Updating the handover/takeover register before end of shift for all completed/pending tasks will be necessary.
  • Management and participation in events, overseeing general maintenance, and guest handling will be key responsibilities.
