Job Title: SAP CPQ Functional Consultant">

Role Overview

As part of our team, your primary role will be to actively contribute to the consulting process in various phases, including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and design, and deployment.

You will explore alternative solutions based on research that includes literature surveys, information available in public domains, vendor evaluation information, etc. and build proof-of-concepts (POCs).

Additionally, you will create requirement specifications from business needs, define to-be-processes, and detailed functional designs based on requirements.

Moreover, you will support configuring solution requirements on products, understand any issues, diagnose root-causes, seek clarifications, and then identify and shortlist solution alternatives.

Furthermore, you will contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with the objective of providing high-quality value-added solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct requirement gathering and design workshops independently
  • Have at least 1 end-to-end implementation experience in SAP CPQ
  • Independently conduct requirement gathering and design workshops
  • Knowledge of SOAP, REST APIs, CPI, Custom iFlows, and iDocs is required
  • Experience in setting up workflow rules and actions is essential
  • Experience in CPQ Quote configuration, quote tables, custom quote tabs, quote, and quote item fields
  • Experience in product catalogue configuration which includes products, catalogues, attributes, product types, custom tables, etc.
  • Experience in setting up pricing of CPQ is necessary
  • Experience in SAP CPQ integration with SAP systems particularly with S/4 HANA system, Variant Configuration and Pricing is required
  • Good to have experience in CPQ integration with C4C/MS Dynamics CRM/Salesforce CRM & integration with other Non-SAP Systems
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of work experience in SAP CPQ (certification is a plus)
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate are must-haves
  • Awareness of latest technologies and trends is a plus
  • One or two industry domain knowledge is desired
