- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshooting to guarantee that the solution meets business needs.
- Provide end-user training and deliver post-implementation support, resolving issues and ensuring continuous process improvement.
- Ongoing optimization and enhancement of the SAP EWM solution to meet evolving business demands and industry trends.
- Document configurations, processes, and custom developments for future reference and knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with consultants, developers, and project teams to deliver integrated solutions on time and within budget.
- Assist project managers in defining scope, timelines, and deliverables for SAP EWM implementations in a cloud environment.
