Software Engineer Role

Our organization requires an experienced Software Engineer to optimize and manage end-to-end release management, version control, and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

  • Release Management: Develop and implement efficient release management strategies (CI/CD)
  • Version Control: Work extensively with Git-based version control (branching, merging, pull requests)
  • Automation: Automate deployments across multiple environments (sandbox to production)
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with developers and administrators to ensure smooth release cycles
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize pipeline performance
  • DevOps Best Practices: Implement DevOps best practices for scalability, governance, and security

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Hands-on experience with software development tools (Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT, Flosum, or similar)
  • Git Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Git workflows and repository management
  • CI/CD Experience: Experience in CI/CD pipeline setup and management (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps)
  • Cloud Platforms: Good understanding of cloud platforms and Linux-based environments
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Certifications: Salesforce/DevOps-related certifications
