About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Analyst to join our team at Thoucentric Technology Pvt. Ltd. as a key member of our global payroll team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the migration of existing payroll systems to new payroll providers, ensuring seamless data transfer and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Payroll, and HR, to identify and document business requirements for data migration.
  • Develop and execute data extraction and transformation scripts to ensure accurate and efficient data transfer.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify key reporting and analysis requirements, ensuring data integrity and providing effective People and Payroll Analytics.
  • Champion information security and data privacy, ensuring the safeguarding of employee sensitive data.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in HR data migration, with a focus on payroll data migration.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL programming, API usage, and data extraction from cloud storage platforms.
  • Strong understanding of MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, with advanced knowledge of Excel formulae and SQL syntax.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
  • Ability to obtain and analyze large amounts of data, with a focus on data quality and integrity.
