Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Transformation Specialist

 

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be part of a dynamic team focused on driving AI-powered innovation within the Finance domain. As an Artificial Intelligence Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing AI-driven solutions that address critical business challenges.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and refine the organization's AI strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
  • Develop AI implementation roadmaps, prioritizing use cases with the highest potential ROI.
  • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement through AI-driven solutions.
  • Design and architect scalable, cost-effective AI solutions, including data pipelines, model selection, and deployment strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of AI initiatives, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is beneficial.

Minimum 7 years of experience in business architecture or strategy consulting, with at least 3 years in AI implementation.

Strong expertise in AI technologies, including machine learning, NLP, and data analytics, with understanding of SDLC and AI/ML project lifecycle.

Knowledgeable in data landscapes, including types, storage, ETL processes, governance, and familiar with AI development frameworks, cloud platforms, and enterprise software integration.
