Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Customer Service Agent(Banking) to join our team at 2Coms. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take calls from global clients and respond to their inquiries in a professional and positive manner.
- Work in different time zones and adapt to changing situations.
- Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Good technical knowledge and ability to learn new systems quickly.
