About The Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Voice professional to join our team in Mumbai. As a Customer Support Voice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through voice communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service through voice communication
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Eligibility: Excellent in English Communication is must. Experience Salary- CTC 40000 upto monthly + Other. (depends on last CTC and experience)


Fresher salary: 25k month CTC



Shift- Rotational shift and night shift

Notice period: Immediate joiners or max 30 days notice


Qualification-

UG + Grads both are ok

Experience: 0 to 5 years experience in Customer Service background can apply.
