Product Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a Product Innovation Specialist to play a key role in creating innovative concepts, 3D modeling, and developing detailed drawings for castings, sheet metal parts, and plastic components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed engineering calculations, tolerance stack up, and complete product assembly as required for projects.
  • Support the development of engineering processes, continuous improvement activities, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Work independently with limited support from senior engineers to complete assigned tasks and projects on time.
  • Utilize knowledge/experience in Linear static analysis (FEA) to add value to your work.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for innovation.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing new products that meet customer needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of product development are considered.

You will need to have a solid understanding of design principles and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in design engineering
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SolidWorks and FEA
