Job Title: Identity Management Specialist

About Position:

  • We seek a seasoned professional to provide operational support for identity management systems.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, analysis and resolution of issues related to identity management environments.
  • Manage the lifecycle of identity management systems including provisioning, de-provisioning, access control and identity governance.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide operational support for identity management systems.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues related to identity management environments.
  • Manage identity lifecycle operations, including user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), Single Sign-On (SSO) and governance.

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • Hands-on experience in configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining identity management systems.
  • Strong understanding of identity management concepts including user provisioning, RBAC, SSO and governance.
  • Experience with LDAP, Active Directory and other directory services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience working with identity management systems.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining identity management environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging and troubleshooting skills.
