Identity Governance and Administration Specialist

This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding applications to the IGA system
  • Collaborating with application owners to understand their systems and explaining the integration process
  • Gathering information relevant to the entire IAM process within the application
  • Coordinating, testing, and validating custom development required by the app team to perform the integration
  • Working with internal engineers to get the integration built as per governance best practices and application requirements
  • Coordinating and assisting app teams in UAT
  • Maintaining and reporting accurate statuses for all applications being onboarded
Qualifications
  • 7-9 years of experience in IGA development teams as an engineer or analyst
  • Experience in developing custom workflows for LCM/JLM Provisioning
  • Administrating, implementing, and supporting SailPoint-based Identity and Access Management Solutions
  • Experience with RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) analysis and implementation
  • Launching certification campaigns and following up on remediation processes
  • Developing or working with forms, Identity Triggers, quick links, Rules, Email templates
  • Creating custom reports to serve specific and general purposes
  • Good work ethic
  • Sailpoint IdentityNow certification
