Lead Robotics Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Robotics Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
As a Robotics Engineer, you will work closely with our team of experts to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
- Maintain and upgrade training equipment and course materials regularly.
- Plan new courses or customized courses to suit varying customer needs along with customized course material.
- Review customer feedback and take appropriate actions to improve customer satisfaction.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with our customers and colleagues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Mechatronics, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering, with at least 4 years of experience in robotics engineering.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining high-quality robotic systems.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new products.
- Providing technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 4 years of experience in robotics engineering.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
