The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to drive process improvements.
- Maintain high-performing teams by setting clear expectations, providing coaching and development opportunities, and recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance.
- Develop and implement effective processes to ensure efficient data management, including standardization, automation, and quality control.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date master data in system(s).
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Master Data Management tools and technologies.
