Vendor Data Management Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced data management professional with strong proficiency in English and a proven track record working with SAP (ERP, MDG, S/4HANA).

  • Data onboarding and lifecycle management:
    • Responsible for creating, maintaining, and validating vendor master records to ensure data integrity.
    • Aligns vendor master data with global procurement standards.
  • SAP Master Data transactions:
    • Skilled in using SAP ECC, MDG, or S/4HANA for Master Data transactions.
    • Ensures accurate and up-to-date vendor information.
  • Data quality management and cleansing:
    • Monitors and maintains the accuracy of vendor data.
    • Identifies and resolves discrepancies in vendor information.
  • P2P processes and knowledge:
    • Has a solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
    • Collaborates with procurement, finance, and compliance teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills:
    • Proficient in communicating effectively in English.
    • Utilizes analytical skills to identify areas for improvement in vendor data management.
Key Requirements:
  • End-to-end data maintenance across multiple regions:
    • Ensures compliance with internal controls and global procurement standards.
  • Compliance with SOX, GDPR, and internal audit standards:
    • Supports integration projects, including mergers and system migrations.
  • Duplicate vendor resolution and TIN matching:
    • Handles duplicate vendor resolutions and TIN matching with ease.
