Enterprise Data Governance Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Data Governance Leader with strong expertise in defining and leading enterprise-wide data governance strategies, design, governance architecture and experience in tools implementation like Informatica EDC/AXON, Collibra, Alation, MHUB and other leading Data Governance tool platforms.

The ideal candidate will lead data quality, consistency, and accessibility across various Enterprise platforms and business units. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-wide data governance architecture frameworks and meta data models, establishing data governance strategies, policies, standards, and procedures for compliance processes, conducting maturity assessments and change management efforts, evaluating and recommending Data governance framework and tools to meet enterprise business needs, creating and managing data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and data catalogs, architecting technical and business metadata workflows and govern glossary approvals and workflows, validating end-to-end lineage across multiple sources and targets, and ensuring data compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Requirements:
  • Strong expertise in data governance strategy and architecture
  • Experience with data governance tools such as Informatica EDC/AXON, Collibra, Alation, MHUB
  • Ability to design and develop enterprise-wide data governance architecture frameworks and meta data models
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
