Job Description:

You will support and drive a large, growing book of work aligned to the Retail Banking sector. You will contribute to revenue growth and innovation, ensuring successful completion of projects with experience and flexibility.

You will manage client projects in the region, supporting clients' strategic decisions through syndicated benchmarking and market research. In-depth discussions with clients, including C-suite executives, will guide strategic decisions using insights and analysis.

A key role in the Retail Banking Practice Area, you will be a proactive, curious and diligent individual—a systematic and articulate problem solver.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering end-to-end client projects, including data collection, analysis and synthesis of large qualitative and quantitative datasets to build strategic insights
  • Interpreting market and industry trends to identify patterns, extract insights and highlight emerging opportunities
  • Leading client and internal meetings effectively; addressing client questions/queries using data and content expertise
  • Understanding client needs and delivering tailored, insight-driven solutions through proprietary tools, rigorous analysis and customized reports or presentations

This role requires rapid learning and business knowledge development, with strong opportunities for internal career progression.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a strong Master's degree in an analytical or quantitative subject and at least 5 years' work experience in benchmarking, research or business analysis. Sector experience in financial services, consultancy or market research is preferred (retail banking experience advantageous).

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced MS Office skills: Excel, especially pivot tables and complex data sets, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge in Alteryx, Python, Tableau, or PowerBI helpful but not mandatory pre-requisites
  • Ability to interrogate, interpret, evaluate and model data to extract insights and answer clients' queries

Soft Skills:

  • Engaging presentation and storytelling skills, with ability to run client meetings and handle difficult client situations
  • Project management of high value products, including time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to handle data and information sensitively and confidentially
