Job Title

Telecom ServiceNow Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and implement end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform for telecom order management.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Develop ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, business rules and custom applications to meet telecom needs.
  • Configure Order Management modules to streamline product orders, service requests and provisioning workflows.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and legacy platforms used in telecom environments.
  • Support user acceptance testing, defect fixing and performance tuning for order management processes.
  • Follow agile delivery practices and participate in daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
Required Skills
  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow's Order Management module.
  • Experience in ServiceNow CSM and/or ITSM is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, ServiceNow Flow Designer and Service Portal.
  • Domain knowledge in telecom, particularly order-to-activation processes, product catalogs and service requests.
  • Ability to create technical documentation, design documents and deployment guides.
