Job Overview

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of quality and reliability in game development.

This is a fully remote position, requiring strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing tests on new features, tools, and game content to ensure they meet exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all software is functioning as intended with an exceptional level of detail and accuracy.
  • Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases across new and existing game content, tools, and platforms.
  • Document and track issues using bug tracking software from discovery through resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, artists, and product managers to identify potential quality risks early.
  • Reproduce and isolate complex issues to support engineering resolution efforts.
  • Generate clear and concise QA documentation, reports, and feedback summaries.
  • Identify gaps in test coverage and proactively suggest process improvements.
  • Own the quality of assigned areas - functionality, usability, and player experience.
Requirements:Must Have:
  • 5+ years of professional QA experience in games or software testing.
  • Strong understanding of LiveOps processes, config validations, and content testing.
  • Proven ability to work independently in night shifts, staying highly responsive and accountable.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies quickly.
  • Hands-on experience with bug tracking and test management tools.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience testing F2P mobile or web-based games.
  • Familiarity with slot games or monetization-driven content.
