Strategic Financial Advisor

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Investment Banking Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating deal documents, such as pitch decks and financial models, for clients across various sectors and geographies.
The role involves working closely with clients to understand their fundraising needs and providing expert advice on structuring funding rounds in light of current market conditions. This requires a strong understanding of the private investment market, including funding ask, valuation, financial models, and business projections.
The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines. A background in investment banking or a related field is highly desirable, as well as knowledge of the startup fundraising and venture capital industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Create deal documents, such as pitch decks and financial models, for clients
- Work closely with clients to understand their fundraising needs and provide expert advice on structuring funding rounds
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to clients
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking or a related field
- CFA Level 1 or 2 certification preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Knowledge of the startup fundraising and venture capital industry an advantage
