Cloud Infrastructure Expert Required

As a seasoned Cloud Infrastructure expert, you will be responsible for the comprehensive administration of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). You will have an in-depth understanding of tenancy, virtual cloud networks (VCNs), compartments, network layers, firewalls, subnets, and storage options. Your experience should include handling complex infrastructure configurations, migrations, tuning, patching, monitoring, and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and manage OCI infrastructure, including VCNs, compartments, and network layers
  • Implement security measures, such as firewall rules and Network Security Groups
  • Manage storage options, including File Systems, Block Volume, and Object Storage
  • Develop and deploy Terraform scripts for application deployments on OCI and to manage OCI infrastructure
  • Perform performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required
  • Upgrade administrative tools and utilities, and configure new services as necessary
  • Experience with IaaS solutions, including virtual machines, networks, hybrid cloud computing, cloud identity, security models, cloud monitoring, logging, local and cloud storage
  • Understand and implement HA architecture in an OCI environment
Credentials
  • Certified OCI Architect Associate/Professional is mandatory
  • Certified OCI Migration and Integration Specialist, OCI Security Associate/Professional, and OCI Cloud Operations Associate are preferred
Work Experience

4-10 years of experience in IT administration, preferably in a cloud environment

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
