Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to fill this position. The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create modular designs based on conversations with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales closure by owning the sales funnel.
  • Own customer experience during a project.
  • Lead and own quality and accuracy of design deliverables.
  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Graduation or relevant diploma.
  • Minimum one year of experience as an interior designer.
  • Led and delivered minimum two to four residential modular KWS projects.
  • Expertise in design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD.
  • Design expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard).
  • Technical design (material knowledge, execution and drawing preparation).
  • Modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics and functionality, module planning).
  • Civil works and services (specifications and installation details).
  • Project expertise in creating BoQ for customers, coordinating with internal and external agencies.
  • Sales expertise in sales closure by way of logical and trusted sales pitch, driving and leading the design meetings with customers.
  • Behavioral attributes of result-oriented, teamwork, integrity and ethics, crisp and meaningful communication.
  • Ability to drive performance among independent team members.
