Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Infrastructure Optimization Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing resilient and scalable infrastructure solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Engage with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design infrastructure solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot all aspects of our production and non-production environments to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with engineers on code, infrastructure, and process enhancements to improve system reliability, security, and performance.
  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance system scalability, security, and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement automation tools to streamline operations tasks and workflows.
  • Participate in capacity planning, scaling efforts, and disaster recovery exercises to ensure business continuity.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, or DevOps-focused roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux operating system principles, networking fundamentals, and systems management.
  • Demonstrable fluency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, Go, etc.).
  • Experience managing and scaling distributed systems in cloud environments.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Awareness of key security principles, including encryption and keys management.
  • Understanding of SRE principles, including monitoring, alerting, error budgets, and fault analysis.
