Bioformulation Leadership Opportunity

We seek a visionary Principal Scientist to spearhead the development of innovative bioformulations, focusing on soil health, plant nutrition, and crop protection.

This leadership role requires a Ph.D. in Plant Biology, Crop Science, or related fields, with a minimum of 12 years of postdoctoral experience in Agri-biotech companies or biotechnology industries.

The ideal candidate will be a technical leader passionate about making a positive impact and driving strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Vision and Team Management: Develop and execute a strategic vision for the BioAgri group, leading a multidisciplinary team of scientists and researchers.
  • Product Development and Commercialization: Drive the discovery, development, and commercialization of novel products targeted at global markets.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate product development and commercialization.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Intellectual Property: Ensure regulatory compliance and safeguard intellectual property.
  • Global Representation and Technical Collaborations: Represent the company at conferences and establish strategic collaborations.

Requirements:

  • A Ph.D. in Plant Biology, Crop Science, Agricultural Biotechnology, Agri-input Science, or related fields.
  • Minimum 12 years of postdoctoral experience in Agri-biotech companies or biotechnology industries.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
