Talent Leap Private Limited is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Head to lead our biotech API manufacturing operations. This strategic role demands a deep understanding of biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Job Overview
The Manufacturing Operations Head will oversee all aspects of production within the facility, ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant output. This includes leading the manufacturing team to achieve production targets while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies and processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards (FDA, EMA, etc.).
- Oversee the planning and execution of production schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement among the manufacturing staff.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure alignment of goals and efficient product transitions.
- Manage budgeting and financial performance for the manufacturing operations.
- Identify and implement new technologies and methodologies to improve manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology or Chemical Engineering is required. Interested candidates with relevant experience can apply.
