Accounting Team Lead Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Accounting Team Lead to oversee end-to-end accounting transactions and monthly financial closings.

  • Manage a team of professionals ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial operations.
  • Support management with timely data and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process vendor bills and reconcile statements.
  • Perform bank entries and reconciliations.
  • Handle credit card entries and reconciliations.
  • Manage payroll processing and accounting.
  • Prepare customer invoices.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable and revenue.
  • Maintain document checklists, reports, and libraries.
  • Review bookkeeping and accounting done by subordinates.
  • Calculate and file sales tax returns.
  • Assist in internal communications and resolve routine queries.
  • Prepare and review financial statements.

  • Take on tasks as assigned based on business needs.
