Job Description
\We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Delivery Manager - Management Accounts to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations department, you'll play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our business.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Manage assigned client portfolios, motivate, counsel, and support teams for goal congruence.\
- Provide volume-related matrices, staff utilization, and forecast changes to senior management to ensure correct resourcing levels.\
- Work as a Subject Matter Expert for month-end close and develop knowledge on cross-functional subjects (VAT, Payroll Tax, Corp. Tax).\
- Recruit and build high-performance teams that efficiently deliver high-quality outputs.\
- Seek guidance from senior management on sensitive issues.\
- Experience handling medium-sized teams with an experience of working in a dynamic organization.\
- Chartered Accountant or similar professional degree – Mandatory.\
- ACCA – DIP IFRS would be an added advantage.\
- CA plus 3-10 years of experience.\
