We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Transformation Engineer to join our Global ERP Engineering team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to drive the next generation of finance transformation.
As a Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering solutions across ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) and Transaction Matching to support automated reconciliations, compliance, and global financial reporting accuracy.
Your primary responsibilities will include configuring and optimizing ARCS for balance sheet reconciliations, implementing Transaction Matching rules and automation, developing dashboards and reports, and building and maintaining key delivery artifacts.
In addition, you will partner with ERP teams to deliver integrated reconciliation processes, support integrations via Data Management and OIC, and ensure full lifecycle coverage through SDLC implementation methodology.
Requirements:- 5-7 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud with ARCS/Transaction Matching delivery
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams
- Ability to influence, mentor, and build trusted relationships with business stakeholders and peers
