Head of Technology and Data Science Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Technology and Data Science to provide leadership for our technology and data science operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams of software engineers, data scientists, and other technical staff in the development of clinically relevant, AI-enabled health analytics and risk management solutions.
  • Manage the development of AI and NLP-based analytics products with an end-user clinical and care management perspective.
  • Develop and maintain full-stack software solutions for health risk, clinical summarization, and health equity analytics.
  • Build internal service tools and platforms that process healthcare datasets, EHR, claim, and care management data.
  • Improve operational efficiency by implementing project management tools and processes that contribute to optimal team performance and results.
  • Encourage continuous innovation and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Guide the team's ability to transform ideas into practical data- and AI-driven health analytics.
  • Grow the team through highly selective hiring and integration.

Requirements:

  • Experience in running and leading resources posted in different geographies and time zones and managing teams, team building, coaching, and mentoring.
  • At least 10+ years of software engineering experience including maintaining/operating at least one software product for 2+ years.
  • At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud computing and/or data processing and/or data science.
  • Extensive team building and leadership experience and excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
