Job Title: Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our data analytics group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced predictive models to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex statistical models to forecast future trends and patterns in large datasets.
  • Analyze and interpret results from machine learning algorithms to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines using Python and related frameworks to ensure seamless integration with business applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to define requirements and implement solutions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and data science to continuously improve processes and deliver high-quality results.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist.
  • Strong expertise in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Statsmodels, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
  • Hands-on experience with time series modeling (ARIMA, SARIMA, Prophet, LSTM, etc.).
  • Proficiency in forecasting techniques and building production-ready predictive models.
  • Solid foundation in machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning).
  • Familiarity with AI techniques, natural language processing (NLP), and deep learning is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and data querying.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps frameworks preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
