Job Summary

This role involves overseeing intellectual property protection, client success, and business growth across various marketplaces, domains, and social media platforms. Key responsibilities include brand protection strategy development, client onboarding, operational execution, strategic growth initiatives, and business development.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Intellectual Property Manager to lead our brand protection efforts. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in online brand protection, a Master's degree in Business and/or Legal, and strong commercial instinct, problem-solving skills, and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective brand protection strategies to safeguard our clients' intellectual properties.
  • Manage client onboarding and planning processes to ensure seamless integration with our services.
  • Collaborate with the CTO and CCO to execute operational plans and drive technical, enforcement, and customer-facing tasks forward.
  • Pursue strategic growth initiatives to enhance brand protection processes, explore new business models, and leverage AI innovation.
  • Partner with the CCO to identify, research, and develop new leads, client relationships, and strategic partnerships.

The Ideal Candidate

Must have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in online brand protection.
  • A Master's degree in Business and/or Legal.
  • Strong commercial instinct and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
