Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative individual to join our team as an Artistic Associate. This role offers a unique blend of artistic expression, design skills, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative product designs, prototypes, and illustrations for merchandise and marketing materials.
  • Research market trends and consumer insights to inform new merchandise collections.
  • Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual content for digital and offline platforms (social media, presentations, sales kits).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on artwork, branding, and event-related designs.
  • Manage end-to-end expo and event design execution with attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Organize and maintain design files for efficient storage and retrieval.
  • Stay updated on the latest design tools, practices, and creative trends to enhance outputs.
  • Support in creating impactful presentations and sales materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or related field (degree from NIFT preferred).
  • Experience: 3-6 years in merchandise, branding, or graphic design.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other design software.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work (illustrations, merchandise, branding).
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail with keen eye for aesthetics and branding.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
