Job Title: Performance Marketer

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic marketer to manage and scale advertising campaigns for B2B lead generation and brand awareness.

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns using data analysis and market research.
  • Develop audience targeting strategies tailored to specific US market segments.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-converting ad creatives and messaging.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in digital marketing, hands-on experience with Ads, and a proven track record of generating qualified leads and delivering measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor campaign performance daily and provide actionable insights based on analytics and KPIs.
  • Run A/B tests to continuously improve ad performance, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Manage campaign budgets efficiently to ensure high ROI.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to internal stakeholders and clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Ads (Lead Gen Forms, Sponsored Content, InMail, etc.).
  • Proven experience working with US-based clients; understanding of the US market and customer behavior is essential.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with other paid platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Twitter/X).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo.
