As a Global Support Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our employees and resources. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting issues, and resolving queries in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Triage and resolution of customer tickets
  • Management of support tools, including phone, email, and chat
  • Provision of basic entry-level support
  • Follow-up and resolution of customer requests
  • Employment of critical thinking to navigate complex issues

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service or call center environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • High levels of attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Certifications such as ITIL, SHRM, or equivalent
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
  • Knowledge of ADP, ATS, Freshworks Suite/Zendesk, or other ticketing systems
