Job Overview

The role of a Financial Systems Analyst entails collaborating with clients to comprehend their business processes and mapping them onto Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

  • Lead requirement studies in detail.
  • Prepare as-is process documents for client sign-off.
  • Map requirements to application processes.
  • Develop to-be process documents for client approval.
  • Establish Conference Room Pilot (CRP) environments.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and test script development.
  • Design Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manuals.
  • Test customizations for forms, interfaces, and reports.
  • Assist users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve issues.
  • Deploy production instances.
  • Support developers with data migrations.
  • Provide post-live support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
  • Participate in Agile methodology and tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps).
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively across cultures and time zones.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or related field.
  • Proven expertise in Oracle Finance modules, R12 implementation, GL/AP/AR/FA, India GST, and EBTAX.
  • Minimum two end-to-end implementations in R12.
  • Strong accounting knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Experience with data migrations and integrations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
