As a seasoned public relations professional, you will play a key role in shaping the brand image of our hospitality division. You will work closely with internal teams to develop media strategies and lead the charge in creating innovative campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships with key media contacts and secure high-impact placements to elevate the organization's profile.
  • Develop and implement PR strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Oversee crisis management strategy, responding swiftly and effectively to protect the organization's reputation.
  • Create and review strategic content, including press releases and executive messaging, maintaining brand alignment.
  • Build relationships with media, clients, industry leaders, and stakeholders, tailoring communication strategies for each.
  • Prepare executives with media training and provide talking points for public appearances and press interactions.
  • Mentor and guide the PR team, fostering growth and accountability.
  • Track and analyze PR performance, presenting insights to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality management, event planning, public relations, or a related field.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing high-profile events and media partnerships.
  • Exceptional understanding of public relations, branding, and the role hospitality plays in enhancing PR efforts.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
