Key Responsibilities:
  • Define Visual Identity: Develop and maintain the visual identity, style, and tone of the project.
  • Oversee Daily Creative Output: Ensure quality and brand alignment across multiple studios daily.
  • Develop Playbooks and Workflows: Create guidelines and processes for scalable video production.
  • Collaborate with Directors and Producers: Bring concepts to life with cinematographers and directors.
  • Lead and Mentor Teams: Ensure creative excellence in large design/production teams.
  • Balance Artistic Direction with Timelines and Budgets: Manage high-volume execution while balancing timelines and budgets.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Art Direction: 4-6 years of experience in film, ads, or large video productions.
  • Strong Portfolio: Showcase branded content and e-commerce video work.
  • Proven Ability to Manage Multi-Studio Operations: Manage multi-studio/multi-location operations effectively.
  • Exceptional Leadership Skills: Demonstrate exceptional leadership, collaboration, and storytelling skills.
  • Expertise in Balancing Creativity and Operational Efficiency: Balance creative ambition with operational efficiency.
