Job Title: Content Creator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and creative content creator to join our team. As a content producer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging content strategies that drive viewer growth and retention.

This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for creating high-quality video content that resonates with audiences. You should have a deep understanding of YouTube's algorithm, SEO principles, and audience psychology.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conceptualize and develop original video ideas that align with the brand's niche and target audience.
  2. Craft compelling scripts that balance storytelling, education, and entertainment.
  3. Lead the end-to-end video production process, including scripting, filming, editing, and publishing.
  4. Collaborate with editors, designers, voiceover artists, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality video delivery.
  5. Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for maximum visibility.
  6. Analyze video metrics and retention analytics to inform future content decisions.

Requirements:

  1. At least 3 years of experience in video content creation or digital storytelling, preferably for YouTube.
  2. Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
  3. Familiarity with YouTube Studio, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Notion, Frame.io, and other relevant tools.
  4. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
